You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, or files you upload to the Service ("Input"). You grant Pagestorm a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and process your Input solely to provide and improve the Service.
Subject to your payment of all applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you own the content generated for you by the AI ("Output"). You are responsible for ensuring that the Output does not violate any laws or third-party rights before publishing it.
We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, designs, algorithms, and trademarks. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to copy the underlying technology of Pagestorm.

Some features are only available through a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You acknowledge that AI can "hallucinate" and produce factually incorrect or biased information. Pagestorm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output.
The Service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY OKLAHOMA LAW, [PAGESTORM LLC] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Pagestorm LLC] from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
